Radiance is pleased to announce our second Radiance Gives grant recipient: The Catalyst Center for Business & Entrepreneurship!
The Catalyst Center for Business & Entrepreneurship serves entrepreneurs and small business owners in every stage of business by providing resources for those aspiring to get started, achieve growth, or take their ideas to the next level. They aim to provide best-in-class coaching, in-demand services, and relevant program events to enable success for anyone having an entrepreneurial spirit or wanting to embrace a small business journey.
This grant will go to assist the Catalyst Center with its Women’s Business Center, a project to help women start and grow small businesses in Alabama. The goal is to enable and empower women in all business stages by providing the support and resources to succeed. The Women’s Business Center provides training surrounding topics like obtaining funding, marketing capabilities for impact, banking, accounting, human resources, and developing a workforce. Radiance Gives was established in 2022 and is an employee-run charitable organization benefiting the communities where we work and live. Both Radiance employees and the company can contribute to make grants to eligible 501(c)(3) organizations in our employees’ local communities.
