About Radiance Gives

Radiance Gives was established in 2022 and is an employee-run charitable organization benefiting the communities where we work and live. Both Radiance employees and the company can contribute to make grants to eligible 501(c)(3) organizations in our employees’ local communities. Radiance covers the administrative fees of the fund so that 100% of employee contributions will be applied to the grant awards that positively impact our communities.

Application Award Cycle 1
  • October 1st – March 31st: Application period is open
  • April/May: Board interviews/selects grantees
  • June: Checks are disbursed/presented

  • April 1st – September 30th: Application period is open
  • October/November: Board interviews/selects grantees
  • December: Checks are disbursed/presented
