Provide support to the  U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command Directorate of Combat Developments, including providing technical support for DOTMLPF analysis of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD), analysis of future GMD capabilities, TPY-2 Forward Based Radar, research and develop Concepts, BMDS Strategy.  Prepare briefings for government customers. Coordinate with a variety of Army and Joint commands regarding missile defense combat developments. Knowledge of administrative regulations and operating procedures plus skill in applying fact finding and investigative techniques to gather factual information. Ability to prepare, present, and defend  progress reports, technical and management reports, justifications, and recommendations to the government customer.  Gathers data on plans, programs, and compiles the necessary information on missile defense programs, including writing Concept Development Documents, Concept Production Documents, and Operational Concepts. 

• Minimum 15 years experience in air and missile defense operations, including experience in the operational and strategic levels of ballistic missile defense (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
• Experience in military staffing procedures (Required).
• Active Top Secret clearance (Required).

• Experience in developing policies and plans for ballistic missile defense sytems.  
• Understanding of Ballistic Missile Defense operations.
• Background in working with various government agencies, including the Department of Defense, the Military Services, Combatant Commands, and missile defense elements. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Some experience in air and missile defense command and control systems and operations.
