ISR Requirements Manager [HR7078]


Location: Washington, DC

Type: Full-Time

Position Description:

Provide assessment and evaluation of ISR TF efforts and make sure programs are meeting requirements.  Employee will support the tracking, updating and monitoring of theater requirements as well as Combat Support Agency (CSA) and Service ISR initiatives proposals in support of special activities of the Joint Requirements Process, PPBE cycle and defense acquisition cycle. This includes but is not limited to assisting with Excel spreadsheet development and/or data collection, preparation of budgetary briefing books, and requirements analysis. The employee will plan, coordinate, and execute two to five meetings per week with members of the Intelligence Community to review new and ongoing ISR initiatives based on critical and emerging war fighter needs. The contractor will analyze gaps, evaluate mitigation strategies, and manage the initiatives approval process in support of key DoD initiatives. The contractor will build reports relating ISR initiatives to satisfaction. The employee will provide expertise to assess ISR activities within and amongst the Services provide insight and coordination for capabilities-based assessments to identify unmet requirements, capability gaps/seams and their implications for joint/coalition operations as well as make recommendations to prioritize and guide ISR efforts to meet the identified shortfalls.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 20 years experience involving responsible leadership, personnel management, budgeting and executive level operations experience (Required).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (Required).
Qualifications:

Applicant must have proven track record as a planner, organizer, trainer, mentor and executor who quickly acquires and masters new skills. Must possess strong research, problem solving and decision making skills; demonstrated ability leading and managing complex projects and workforces from 2 – 450 persons. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional desired strengths include: Strategic Management, Operational Management, Resource Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Personnel Management, Training Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Planning and Performance Evaluation
